Fresh pipe from the breakers. It was actually covered in grease and surface rust, but the camera was not working during the time I cleaned it up.

All rust removed and a few coats of high-temp paint put on to protect.

I removed all of the old studs and cleaned them up, removing corrosion and retapping the threads. Here they've been re-installed with loctite. I also had to replace one of the studs (bent). As I couldn't find replacement ones around here, I used a hardened steel bolt cut to size.

Ports all cleaned up, removing old seal junk and corrosion. Also coated the studs with copper grease to keep away corrosion.

New header in place. A bit more copper grease on the seals to hold them in place while installing the header.
