 Fork Rebuild 

The very first thing I've done to the fizzer. The forks were bad, no I mean really bad, as in scary..

Gotta give BIG props to bnt83 from the FZR Archives, whose Fork Seal Replacement thread was a big help!

Little trick I know. Roll front wheel onto a phone book, and build a set of supports under the frame rails. Note bike is also on a rearstand

Loosen crimp bolt, axle bolt..

..and Caliper bolts. Tie cailpers up out of the way and so their not hanging by the brake lines.

And loosen lower 12mm triple clamp bolts

**While holding fork bottom**, loosen the upper 6mm triple clamp allen. If the fork drops out cause you didn't support it, don't blame me. ;-)

This would be an excellent time to do any work to the front wheel (wheel bearings, rotors, tires, etc)
