Hmm...

MRI results are in...

Summary:
1. C4-C5 mild circumferential bulge, left moderate uncovertebral osteophytosis and associated disc protrusion contributes to left moderate foraminal narrowing.
2. C5-C6 moderate disc degeneration, mild circumferential bulge, posterior central shallow protrusion slightly indents the ventral cord.
3. C6-C7 left greater than right mild uncovertebral osteophytosis and associated mild protrusions, left paracentral shallow protrusion partially effaces ventral CSF and contributes to mild foraminal narrowing bilaterally.

Doc was pretty blunt, and surmised that it was a lot worse last summer. Not quite the news I was hoping for...

Not to be so blunt, but has it ever crossed your mind that perhaps your neck trauma was caused by repetitive rapid motion peculiar to those men I know as "Irish Mamariamists?"

If it's their pain...you know what to do: numb it for them.
If it's your pain, well, it's just a pain in the ass, huh?
