5km Run

Was supposed to do the run tomorrow, but as Chris will be driving me I won't be getting into the office until 9:30, so no time for the gym. My boss (have I mentioned how awesome he is?) gave me the afternoon off tomorrow so that I'll have time to get the bus up to the airport in time for the afternoon flight. So, decided to work the run today to clear the lungs, clear the head.
